Return & Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 10 days of receipt of shipment.  Some products have different policies or requirements.  Items must be returned in their original condition, shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. 
• All items must be in their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags.
• We cannot return or issue a refund of your purchase without the purchasing invoice.
• We are unable to accept returns for downloadable contents.
• Laundered garments and footwear are not returnable unless they are defective.
• Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not returnable unless we have made error in embroidering your engraving your equipment.
• Opened software, electronic books, and books including software that has been opened may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
• For repair, maintenance, and warranty service tat is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
• Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.
